Privacy Policy
NationsFlow is a Christian community that helps people in every nation read the Bible, understand it in its original setting, pray for one another, and share what God is doing. This policy explains what information we collect when you use nationsflow.com, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have.
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the community, we never sell your information, and we never show ads.
1. Information you give us
When you join, we ask for:
- Required: your first name, email address, country, and language.
- Optional: your phone number, WhatsApp number, city, church or fellowship, and why you are joining.
As you use NationsFlow, we also keep:
- Your lesson progress (which days you have completed).
- Your prayer request, if you post one, and which members' requests you marked "I prayed."
- Testimonies you send us.
- Your member code, a private key that lets you sign in on another device.
2. Information collected automatically
- Spam protection: when you join, we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address to limit repeated sign-ups. We cannot read your actual address from it.
- Your device: your profile and member code are also saved in your own browser so you stay signed in. You can remove them at any time by signing out.
- Server records: like all websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as the time of a visit and the browser used) to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts: the site's lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address when the page loads.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media tracking pixels.

4. How we use your information
- To create and run your membership, profile, and lesson progress.
- To connect members through the directory and the prayer wall.
- To review and share testimonies.
- To send you updates about NationsFlow, such as new lessons or journeys, by email or, if you gave it, WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the community safe and prevent spam and misuse.
We use your information because you have chosen to join and share it with us. We do not use it for anything unrelated to NationsFlow.
5. What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We never show advertising.
- We never share your email, phone, or WhatsApp number with other members or other organizations, except where the law requires it.
6. Where your information is stored
Your information is stored on servers provided by our web host, Hostinger. Because NationsFlow serves people in many nations, your information may be stored and processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is stored.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a member. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, prayer requests, and testimonies from our live database within 30 days. Copies may remain in our host's routine backups for a short time before they are overwritten.
8. Your choices and rights
- See and correct: you can view and update your details at any time through "Edit profile."
- Delete: email us from the address you joined with, or include your member code, and we will delete your account and everything you have shared.
- Copy: you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Stop updates: ask us to stop sending you emails or WhatsApp messages.
Depending on where you live, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Kenya, or South Africa, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will honor requests made under those laws.
9. Children
NationsFlow is for people aged 13 and older. If the law in your country sets a higher age for joining online services without a parent's consent (for example 16), you must meet that age or have your parent's or guardian's permission. Members under 18 should join with a parent's or guardian's permission. If we learn that a child under 13 has joined, we will delete the account.
10. Security
We protect your information with secure connections (HTTPS), a private database that cannot be downloaded from the website, and a password-protected admin area. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your member code private.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let members know on the website.
